Shamlax's Color Changing Foundry Molds & Core coatings are suitable to control the in-situ micro structure of Wind Mill Turbine castings upto a depth of 0.5-0.6 mm.

These coatings are either Water based or Solvent based Zircon coatings and avoid surface grinding of around 1 mm and proves to be very cost effective in manufacture of Wind mill casting components such as Hub, Rotor, Carrier housing etc. required as per EN-GJS-400-18 LT specifications.
