Refracote-GA is Graphite based powder coating in powder form to be diluted with foundry thinner as carrier liquid and can be applied either by brush or spray on the moulds or cores.
Refracote-11RA is a Graphite & Refracory based coating and is available in ready for use form and can be applied either by brush or spray system.
Refracote-99GA is a Graphite based coating available in ready for use form and can be applied either by brush or spray system.
REFRACOTE – 50GW [Graphite Coating Water based] REFRACOTE-50GW is thick black coloured coating with water as solvent. It's baume is approximately 90-95 deg. It is a dispersion of modified Graphite powder in a water as solvent. The coating is a paste in nature and needs dilution before application by brush.
REFRACOTE – 100 [Zircon Coating Water based] REFRACOTE-100 is thick off-white coloured coating with water as solvent. It's density is approximately 2.2 gms /cc. It is a dispersion of modified Zircon refractory in a water as solvent. The coating is highly thixotropic in nature and needs dilution in few cases. Color changing coating options available as Refracote-555XLCC / Refracote-444XLCC
REFRACOTE - 256 [Zircon Coating Alcohol Based] Refracote-256 is a light green coloured coating with a typical alcoholic odour. It's density is approximately 1.65 gm /cc. It is a dispersion of Zircon refractory in a blend of organic solvent, whose flash point has been adjusted to achieve best burning properties. The blend is highly volatile and inflammable. Color changing coating options available as Refracote-256CC.
Refracote-30Z is Zirconium silicate based highly refractory coating having solvent as carrier and can be applied by brush. For spray application it needs dilution with Dilutent-20.
Refracote - 31M [Magnesite Coating Alcohol Based] Refracote-31M is a cream coloured liquid coating with a typical alcoholic odour. It's density is approximately 1.25 gm /cc. The flash point has been adjusted to achieve best burning properties. The blend is highly volatile and inflammable. Color changing option available Refracote-31MCC.
Refracote-200ZW is highly refractory based coating available in paste form and needs dilution before application. It is normally recommended for permanent metallic mold maintained at 180-200 deg. cent. and application is by spray syatem. Color changing options are also available.
